Eligibility:

We welcome submissions from trainees, allied health professionals, patient and family advocates.

You do not need to be a Hip Hope Network member to submit or present an abstract.

If your abstract is accepted, you must register to attend the conference on September 11-12, 2026*

Maximum Presentation Restrictions:

• The presenting author listed on the submission may only present a maximum of two presentations.

Abstract Submission Information:

• Must be submitted in the English language and 400 words maximum (not including Title or Authors)

• Graphs, Tables, and Images: 1 file or graphic upload is permitted. .jpg,.png, .pdf. doc., docx. file types are accepted

• Omit any author or institution identifying information within the abstract fields

• Those who accept the invitation but are unable to attend are required to find an eligible co-author to attend/ present.
