Hotel accommodation claims will be accepted from Saturday, May 14th, 2022. The Hip Hope Network will provide reimbursement up to a maximum of $250 CAD per person. The terms are as follows:

• The claimant must have registered for and attended the Hip Hope Network 1st Annual Meeting in-person in Vancouver, BC, Canada on May 14, 2022.

• The claimant can submit reimbursement, up to a maximum of $250 CAD per person, for a stay on May 14th, 2022, in Vancouver, BC, Canada, in order to attend the Hip Hope Network 1st Annual meeting.

• In order to qualify for reimbursement, the claimant must submit their claim amount for up to $250 CAD, name and mailing address, and hotel receipt to hippyresearch@cw.bc.ca within 30 calendar days of the event. Receipts submitted after this time will not be considered for reimbursement. A cheque for up to $250 CAD will be mailed to the claimant’s mailing address.
