Dr. Randall T. Loder

Dr. Randall (Randy) T. Loder is a distinguished pediatric orthopaedic surgeon, researcher, educator, and leader whose career has spanned more than four decades.

He serves as Professor Emeritus of Orthopaedic Surgery at Indiana University School of Medicine and holds the prestigious George J. Garceau Professorship in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery.

Throughout his career, Dr. Loder has made extraordinary contributions to the understanding and treatment of pediatric hip disorders. His pioneering research in slipped capital femoral epiphysis, perthes disease, hip epidemiology, and pediatric orthopaedic outcomes has shaped clinical practice around the world and improved the lives of countless children and families.
